Handstand Kipping technique work between sets

20 DB Lunges (50/35)
10 Strict Pull Ups
30 Hand Release Push Ups

2 Farmer Deadlifts + 50′ Carry
Handstand Kipping technique work between sets

5 Rounds:
10 DB Lunges (50/35)
7 Strict Pull Ups
20 Push Ups

C
Deadlift 1-3 x 5

Bike 1k for time

Rest 3 minutes, then:

AMRAP 7
6 Hang Power Snatches
10 Push Ups
12 Lateral Lunges
